Pregnancy & birth is the greatest opportunity for growth, expansion & self-discovery. It asks us to slow down, be present in our bodies & honour & express our feminine energy of creation.
It asks us to connect to the softness & strength of Mother nature and to tune into her seasons of rest and rebirth. Like any rite of passage, this cannot be intellectualised but only felt and walked through.
Being safely held & emotionally supported throughout this transformative journey allows the Mother within to emerge, empowered & trusting of her instincts.
